Two Loughborough men have been charged following an assault in Loughborough yesterday (6 February).
Paul Widdowson, 28, of Pinfold Gate, and Jonathan Widdowson, 24, of Waterside Close, have been charged with robbery and section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent.
The charges relate to an incident at around 3am when the victim’s phone, money and keys were taken, leaving him with serious facial injuries.
They have been remanded to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday).
