Mallory Park racing circuit won’t be holding their annual bonfire and firework event this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The annual event was due to take place at the Kirkby Mallory venue on Friday 6th November.
A statement on Facebook said: "In light of government restrictions with regard to Covid-19, and with the safety of our customers and staff in mind we will not be holding our annual bonfire and firework event.
"This is an extremely popular event and ensuring social distancing is adhered to whilst entering and leaving the site would not be possible.
"We are hopeful that we will be welcoming you back in 2021 as our extravaganza returns bigger and better than ever before."
