The woman in her 20s was taken to hospital.
Police were called to Plough Hill Road in Nuneaton shortly before 7.30pm yesterday (Wednesday) following a report of a collision.
The driver of a Ford van is understood to have been in collision with a pedestrian – a woman in her 20s. She was taken to hospital with facial injuries that are not life-threatening.
Warwickshire Police, said: "A 51-year-old man from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink/drugs. He was bailed until July pending further enquiries."
