An outline planning application for up to 115 homes has been submitted to Charnwood Borough Council.
Councillors will discuss the proposal at their meeting on Thursday, 13th November at 5pm.
The proposed site is situated adjacent to Markfield on land between Markfield Lane and Leicester Road.

The vehicular access to the site is proposed to be taken from Markfield Lane, to the north-west. A proposed ‘T-junction’ access from Markfield Lane would be accommodated by the demolition of a residential dwelling, No. 287 Markfield Lane.
