It's hoped crews will be able to return tomorrow to collect the bins as long as the weather conditions and access allows.
Charnwood borough council said, "If your bin hasn't been collected and your street is listed below, we will be back to complete collections tomorrow (Wednesday February 10) as long as the weather allows and crews can access the roads. Please leave your bin out until it has been collected.
"Please do not report a missed collection unless your street is not featured on this list and your bin hasn't been collected.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay."
