Local residents who are 40 and over can just turn up to the bus which will be on the Queen’s Road/Market Place between 9am -5pm on Friday and Saturday.
It is aimed at those who are eligible and who have not yet had a first dose.
The decision to step-up vaccinations in the area coincides with increased COVID-19 testing in the Wembrook and Abbey wards following the identification of confirmed cases of the variant first identified in India.
