A man’s body found near to the canal towpath in Market Bosworth
Shortly after 5am on Saturday (31 August) officers were called to the canal towpath near Station Road in Market Bosworth after it was reported the body of a man had been found.
Officers attended with the East Midlands Ambulance Service and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
Identification of the deceased is a matter for HM Coroner.
