Four more patients being cared for at Leicester's Hospitals and who had tested positive for Covid-19 have died.
A spokesperson for University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust said: “Sadly we can confirm that 26 patients being cared for at our hospitals, and who had tested positive for COVID-19, have died. Four of those deaths have been announced today (Thursday 2 April)."
"The ages of the patients range between those in their 50s to those in their 90s."
