The town has welcomed its Christmas tree this morning.
The Christmas tree is up in Market Place and is being adorned with lights and decorations.
The town will be able to see it lit up at the Lights Switch On and Tin Hat Fair this Friday.

The switch-on will be followed by a fantastic firework display over St Mary’s Church.
The festivities will get underway from 4pm with a full programme of entertainment taking place on-stage in Market Place with performances from St Mary’s school, Hinckley Choral Union, Steve Faulkner, The Drama Academy and Hastings school.
