An application has been submitted to re-launch the golf course and build six golf holiday homes in Market Bosworth.
The developers want to build a multi-purpose golf club house, a new car parking area and six holiday homes on the site off Station Road.
Kyngs Golf and Country Club has been closed since 2016 when the previous owner went into liquidation.
The application has been submitted by Statue Homes which bought the golf course. It states 22 jobs could be created at the site.
A similar application was refused by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council in 2018 which included the construction 15 holiday cabins on the site.
Members of the public can comment on the plans until 5th March and the application is expected to be put before the Council for a decision in May.
