Officers were called to a nightclub in Belvoir Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers are carrying out enquiries following the sudden death of a man at a nightclub in Coalville.
Police were informed at around 1.20am Sunday morning (15 March) that a man had taken ill while inside the nightclub in Belvoir Road.
Colleagues from East Midlands Ambulance Service were also in attendance but the man died at the scene.
Enquiries are continuing surrounding the man’s death which is currently being treated as unexplained.
A 32-year-old man arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug and further arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug has since been released under investigation.
