Officers want to speak to any spectators with footage of the incident.
Police are currently investigating a fatal collision and want to speak to anyone who attended and may have video footage of the incident.
It took place on the last day of the event held at Donington Park – around 4.30 pm on Sunday 2 October.
The incident happened close to a part of the track known as ‘the Wheatcroft straight’.
One of the riders, 26-year-old Chrissy Rouse, was taken to hospital but sadly passed away on Thursday 6 October.
PC Adam Wilson, from the SCIU, said: “Our investigation is still in the early stages but I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision to contact us. I’m particularly keen to speak to any spectators with footage of the incident. Any information provided could be of great help.”
