The quarterly questionnaiire is now online rather than over the phone.
The customer satisfaction survey in Charnwood has previously been completed four times a year over the telephone but residents will now be able to complete the survey through an online questionnaire.
The survey gives 200 residents an opportunity to provide feedback on the Council’s refuse and recycling services over the last quarter including waste collections, bulky waste item collections and street cleansing.
The feedback is used to monitor the performance of the service across the borough.
The online survey will run four times a year and only requires a maximum of 200 responses each time. This ensures it is consistent with the phone surveys which have been carried out in previous years.
The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and will close when 200 responses have been reached.
The Council and Serco ran a pilot online survey earlier this year to understand if any changes needed to be made to the survey and how it could be improved before it was rolled out online.
